I love this sauce with pork, chicken, or even tofu.

I love this sauce especially, combined with Kraft Red Wine Vinegette, BUT,the price is OUTRAGEOUS!!!I can buy this exact product at almost any grocery store for less than 1/2 the price.This is price gouging if I ever saw it. Very disappointing from Amazon, even if they don't control pricing!!

I had to write a review because someone else gave this sauce only onestar....well...I never really have eaten Jamaican jerk sauce butI really did love this sauce. It is sweet and spicy. I bought this sauceat my supermarket and my mother said it was better then Pollo Loco. Better then Juan Pollo. She said it was one of the best chickens she has eaten.I have seen just a few recipe shows on Jerk chicken so I bought a bottleof...I think it was McCormick Caribbean Jerk Seasoning because I think you are to adda rub to the Jamaican chicken. Well...it was good but I didn't marinatethe chicken for long since I wanted to taste my first Jerk chicken(so the chicken seemed like it needed some salt(that's why I should have marinated the chicken in the McCormick but I was in a hurry). Butthis sauce is very good. I will buy it again. By the way...I cooked mychicken in the oven.

The truth is that this sauce isn't a real Jerk sauce, and doesn't have any real heat. But the great thing about this sauce is that it can be used in so many dishes to add a little extra flavor. If you want a sauce in your kitchen that you can use for almost anything, this is what you should buy.Suggested Uses; A cap full in eggs, On top of a burger, In chicken salad, Glaze on top of meat loaf, In a taco.
