The instructions aren't super clear but assembly is pretty intuitive and next to impossible to mess up. It took me about 30 minutes with my 15mo climbing all over me. It came with all the tools you need, even a screw driver for mounting it in the wall. I love that the hooks are adjustable and are on the front and back of the shelf so it doubles your hanging space. My only complaint was the the drywall anchors are super cheap and wanted to come apart in the wall. It looks really nice and doesn't feel cheap or flimsy at all! I would definitely get it again!

SUPER easy to put together, looks just as pictured. Purchased this to have a catchall space for my school-aged kids who now come and go through the front door. They're old enough that I don't currently have it anchored but would recommend it if you want that extra sturdiness and peace of mind. Otherwise, it does its job of holding jackets and hats and backpacks just fine. Sturdy enough for the kids (4 and 6) to sit on to put on shoes. Definitely worth the buy if you're looking for a functional and attractive piece of furniture.

This stand is a great space saver! It goes perfectly in our living room. I love the gold/ brass color with the marble. It came with all pieces & 1 extra screw in each baggie. It was easy to put together, took me a few hours by myself because I'm a stickler & was multitasking. The bottom rack was slightly bent/one corner was broken & not connected. One screw won't go in on the middle of the side bar but it's no big deal since the rest did & it's pretty sturdy on top of the extra security connectors on the top sides. I also had trouble screwing in most of the hangers/hooks to the boards creating several extra holes. Again, not too big of a deal since it's on the back of the stand & no one can see but it was definitely annoying! Other than those 3 things. I'm quite satisfied with the purchase. The bench is a added bonus. Its sturdy enough to sit on. You can fit at least 6 pairs of shoes between the 2 racks. It'll def serve its purpose.

It takes up little space, holds a lot, is strong, and decent-looking. We're both happy with it.

Works great for my entry way (I’ve been using it for a bit now). Bench is quite sturdy. I’m 330lbs and it doesn’t even seem to phase it when I sit to put my shoes on. Took maybe thirty minutes to put together, super simple, everything was included (I did end up with extra screws, literally one more than I needed for each bag). The ONLY complaint, is that I wish it was a smidge taller, because my jackets touch the bench when hanging. Not a huge gripe, especially for the price.

This was really easy to put together, it looks really nice, and it does great in small spaces! Seems pretty sturdy, I wouldn't sit or jump on it but it'll hold your shoes and purses just fine.

There are some purchases that we feel like we really could have done without, some we feel are a waste, some we try to convince ourselves we like and some that we love. This is definitely one recent purchase I love. It was much needed and long overdue. There are other nice ones out there that can cost a lot more but I wasn’t willing to spend that much on a hall tree, of all things. The price on this one was decent enough for me to purchase and although I was weary of the quality I think it’s higher quality than I was probably expecting. It’s pretty sturdy however you do still need to use the mounting straps because it’s not so bottom heavy, very tall and since it will most likely have things put on and pulled off the top constantly it will lean some and it’s better not to risk it tipping.

Just what I needed for my small NYC apartment so I can stop throwing my outerwear and bags on chairs when I get home. Had no trouble putting this together by myself all pieces very carefully packed.

Easy to assemble

For such an expensive piece of furniture the quality of workmanship is shoddy. The welding has holes in it and the screws are of different color (steel finish) so I had to spray paint them to match the frame color. But worst of all, the hall tree shakes, when using the bench and I have already tightened the screws twice and levelled it multiple times but now scared of using the bench as it may fall apart. When I contacted the seller for return, they responded by asking me to pay the return fees, which when I checked with Canada post is coming to $150.. to add insult to the injury,I am being expected to return it in 30 days of order (they took 15 days to deliver and 3 days to respond to return request). I would advise against buying this hall tree and anything from this marketplace seller
