These bands are nice because they are extra wide and don't roll-up. Additionally, they are durable and seem unlikely to tear, even with moderate use.

These bands could not have arrived at a better moment! I flew out of the front door onto gravel and twisted my ankle quite badly. Consequently exercise is off the menu. It struck me that these are actually ideal and i have managed to use them to do some sitting exercises. It makes me think that these could be ideal for those with reduced mobility. They come in a lightweight pouch with instructions which are easily adapted to sitting position. Could even be taken into a hospital setting if the patient is up to it.I'm thoroughly impressed with them. Pop in your bag or suitcase and you can exercise anywhere.Only downside is straight out of the packet they are a bit smelly. I'm pretty sure that will wear off though. You get an instruction leaflet with each of the bands. Be careful with jewellery as the lighter weight ones are thin and could easily snag and tear under load.

The range of resistance in these bands are ideal for beginners all the way up to high intermediate. They come neatly folded and are not powdered indicating they don't stick which is a huge upgrade from latex ones. I have really tried to overstretch these but I haven't managed to do any damage. They come with a travel bag and each is individually packed. The instructions they are packed with give a good brief understanding of how to use these but there doesn't need to be one packed with each band. They are all the same! Each band is individually wrapped in plastic and if they don't stick then that is not needed. This was the main reason for the 4 stars. An improvement could be an indication of the band of the strength level so that you don't have to keep referring to the instructions before you memorize it.The bands give you a good range of resistance as you can make each band easier or harder. If you hold the bands in a starting position that is more stretched than the exercise gets harder. This is also true if you hold the band at a point closer to the anchor point. These can be used by attaching it to something or you can use it in positions where you form the anchor. Look online for tips. This is a great way to get cable alternatives now that gyms are closed from lockdown.

Brilliant resistant bands. the resistant bands feed a bit cheap and that's me saying it based on the fact that I've previously had resistant bands too and I've had cheap ones and I've had expensive ones and I can really tell that they don't really feel that expensive in the sense that the rubber kind of feels a bit too soft and it does feel like it can rip and that's what slightly has put me off the product. I have used it and I do feel like it does do what it's supposed to do which is to keep you fit through resistance. I can't complain it hasn't ripped yet so for now I'm okay with it and I'm happy with how it's come about. overall it's a good product I can't really say anything negative about it apart from the fact That it feels slightly cheap but other than that great products definitely recommended.

I was very excited to try out these resistance bands as these can be used for a large range of exercises, however as soon as I unpacked them I had to move them to a room with the windows open and let them air out for several hours because there was a very strong chemical smell to them that caused me nausea and it was quickly filling up my entire flat. The following day the smell seemed to be mostly gone so I decided to try them out. They come with some exercises samples and I tried out all of them, finding it easy to follow and execute each exercise. However, while the bands are indeed very stretchy and I had no issues while exercising, I feel like these bands are incredibly thin. I fear that if I stretch them too much they might at one point snap, which may cause serious injuries. So far I am content with the bands, so I would definitely recommend them as long as you pay attention to any changes in their quality over time in order to avoid accidents.

These bands are perfect in the current crises, because like a lot of people I don’t feel safe working out at the gym.I feel the bands are good quality, each one is a different colour and a different resistance. Suitable for both men and women to use, in the comfort of their own safe environment.Overall a great product that’s well worth the purchase price of £19.98 at the time of writing. I’m enjoying using them very much.

I got these more for other members of my family to use than for myself, but now they've arrived I think I might be giving them a go too. There are lots of different ways to use them - many of which are printed on the little sheet that comes with each band with plenty of exercises for legs and arms.I think the real advantage of something like this is portability and convenience - they take up next to no room so could easily be tucked in a drawer or chucked in a bag to be used when you're away from home.The drawstring bag is a nice touch. Packaging each band in its own plastic bag seems unnecessarily wasteful.
