Quality construction

Needed an old two-prong floor outlet replaced in my living room. Started installation easy enough but the negative terminal wasn't biting the wire and stripped the screw trying to fix it🙄 I have no idea if I messed it up or it came that way. As a novice I blame myself...operator error 😁 Anyways, created a return qr code and returned to Khols. The next day I had a replacement at my door and successfully installed with ease (see pic).

I like the plug but the common wire screw stripped out with very little effort. I was able to repair but not very good quality. Has been working fine though
