I use these sometimes when my elbows play updue to tendonitis, andd I need to train but am in pain. Durable and quality materials. These stay in place and won't slip.

The item was easily adjusted to size and the pad was large enough to cover the affected area.Very good value for money

After suffering with pain in my elbow radiating down my forearm for a few weeks , a friend recommended this item. Relief was immediate and over 2 weeks fully resolved itself. It appears to hold the muscle and tendons tight in upper forearm taking pressure off elbow giving it time to heal. If you are having elbow pain and are unsure if this will work, might I suggest gripping the top of your forearm tightly and rotating your arm, palm up to palm down. If the pain is reduced then this item is for you.

It seems to do the trick and eases pain. However the plastic groves on inside of the strap are very uncomfortable. They are supposed to keep strap in place but mark skin and give an itch.

These provide great additional support around the elbow. Come in a pack of two. I have had for well over a year and still haven’t used the second one yet.

Decent product and worth a try if you struggle with arm/elbow pain. It is not a cure for tennis/golfers elbow, it just offers a bit of dampenning whilst you play. Pleased with my purchase - of course the real answer is to have a few months off and do some physio, but so far, this is helping
