Ingredients potato starch, tapioca dextrin, salt, sugar, dehydrated onions,hydrogenated palm oil shortening, vegetable oil (walnut or palm oil), spices, turmeric, natural flavor, artificial flavor. Directions stir one teaspoon of LIEBER'S soup mix briskly into one cup (6 oz.) of boiling water. stir until dissolved.

Purchased for use in when making NZ South Island cheese rolls
The good lady with has tried some as a cup of soup & thinks it’s just right for the job. It has also been used when used in NZ cheese rolls.
