Game changer!!!
The media could not be loaded. Wow I love this banneton, having only used the bamboo type ones or a glass bowl with tea towel in this is honestly a game changer! Dust with rice flour, dough has never stuck! I’ve added a photo of my loaf juts baked to show the top! Nice sturdy thick proving bowl, will definitely be buying more!! ⭐️
