What's included in the package? Does the battery charger support 220v outlet? Lithium battery or NiCd?

The 12 volt Black & Decker light weight variable speed Drill is brand new in a sealed box. The battery is 12 volt Lithium Ion which typically keeps it charge even when not in use as compared to a Ni-Cad battery which tends to lose its charge when not in use. The package contains (1) battery (1)charger (1) double ended drill bit. The charger works with 120 v.

Can this drill handle masonry or brick?

For drilling into cement or brick, we would recommend using a hammer drill with a masonry drill bit. If you do not have a hammer drill, we would recommend using a Bullet® Speed Tip masonry drill bit, which is designed for use in rotary drills.
