Sleep Factory's Grey Pearl 4 Drawer Divan Bet Set, Memory Foam Mattress and Headboard (4.6FT (Double))

Was very difficult to put together by myself. But managed to do it. However one of the draws is jammed and does not open after many attempts to open it I gave up. So I got 3 open draws and one jammed. The head board is very difficult to screw in. The mattress is nice but very light not what I expected for the price I was hoping for a heavy mattress. Overall I gave it a 4 star because of this reason. If the one draw wasn’t jammed I would have gave it 5 star. But the delivery was great I would give the delivery guys 5 star for bringing it into my home having 2 kids to look after by myself they did me a great favour bringing it up to my flat 2nd floor though I had a lift but the mattress was carried upstairs as it wouldn’t fit. Lovely delivery guys thank you to them.

I read the reviews and thought it seemed like a good price for a bed with drawers and mattress.On arrival one of the drawer fronts had come off which is not surprising as they are stapled on with the very occasional screw. the drawer fronts are made of chipboard and the drawers would certainly not take much weight in them. The divan base seems weak. The headboard looks lovely. The mattress during one nights sleep moves itself down the bed so you wake and its is hanging off the end of the bed. (though that is with only one person sleeping on it) Would not buy again and not sure it will last

I had this Divan, Mattress, and Headboard delivered on the 18th November 2021. My Husband had to take our old bed to the disposal Unit so we could make room for this one.When we took the packaging off, there was a dent in the Divan. On taking the Drawers out of the Divan, two of the four drawers were broken.On top of this, when we tried to attach the Headboard, because the screw holes were wrongly drilled into the bed, the plinth of the headboard split.This is an absolute disgrace. What shoddy workmanship.There is no option to contact the Seller, only to return everything, which we cannot do.Not happy about this at all!

It is easy to assembly, the material is quite nice, I was expecting less than I received, and the logistics is really good! I ask if they cold send me in one day, and they just told me it was already sent!
