Ice maker works great, but came with a broken door.
We purchased the ice maker for a kitchen remodeling project. The ice maker arrived quickly and was easy to install. However; it came with a broken door grommet. Customer service has been contacted for a replacement of the door. We are awaiting a response. The ice maker is operational and works great.

Could be great... But so LOUD
I got this based on the reviews I read. Some people said it wasn't that loud and others said it was very loud. This fridge is VERY LOUD. It seems to come on every 5-6 minutes. At first I brushed it off as white noise. But after awhile, yes, it's loud and annoying. I don't think I would recommend this to anyone, unless it's in a place where the family isn't. It would be great if this company took this off my hand and replaced it with a quieter fridge. The only positive - It keeps my bevs nice and cold.

Poor design
Love the unit except they failed to put feet on the back of the unit. This becomes an issue when you try to slide it in place, unfortunately it scratched my hard wood floor. I hope they fix this issue because it is a nice cooler

It works, but zero customer support for issues
We had a GE wine cooler before that was much more expensive. After 16 years, its compressor died. I went for a more "value" option this time and got what I paid for. This cooler is much louder when it's running compared to the GE, but I guess that comes with the cost savings. My bigger concern is for the last 2 months, the cooler makes a clunking sound throughout the day, usually after the compressor turns off. I've tried contacting Galanz via their support email. They respond via email that they'll get back to me shortly, but after several emails over the past 2 months, nobody has contacted me on how to address the clunking noise. So, I'm worried about how long this will last and if it has just become a disposable cooler once it dies. So, buyer beware. It works, its cheap. But there's 0 customer support if you have an issue and have no idea how long it will last. Low confidence it will come anywhere near the life the GE had.

Good size but very loud
It’s a good size fridge for sodas but very noise. Also it does not fit an opened wine bottle

Nice except for the noise.
It’s a good roomy wine cooler with nice wood shelves. But when it cycles on it is way too noisy. More noisy than my big refrigerator/freezer…????
