This one really increases my D3
I started this brand about 6 months ago. Been taking ADK from other vendors for about 5 years. My D3 levels have in the past stayed low to middle of the range. After finishing my first bottle of this I had my yearly bloodwork done. My doctor called and said my D3 was too high and asked me to stop... So this one definitely works! I now take this every other day and it keeps my levels perfect.

Compact capsule
I like that I can see the olive oil in with the supplements. I was taking another brand but when it was not available, this brand was recommended. I switched over and have it on auto -delivery.

The only thing that has worked for Vit D deficiency.
Vitamin D bloodwork has been improving consistently since I started using this product over a year ago. After last visit my doctor said whatever you're doing for Vitamin D is working too well, so cutting back to every other day. Years of 10k and 50k iu supplements never worked as well as this product.
