Finally, they have these in the UK!
These are the best tasting post workout recovery drinks. No sucralose, low calorie or keto version. I've had these in the states and there's nothing like it in the UK.

Good pre-workout suplement
I purchased a few multipacks of this dring that help with keeping up my energy levels during workouts. The taste is OKNevertheless, I am not sure what happened with the last batch but there seems to be some silt and feels like I am drinking sand on the last bits of the drink. Hence only 3 star

More Pre Workout Or During Sports
This is more a pre than post workout drink as it really does pqck q punch and keep you going for ages. Very powerful eenergy drink especially with BCAA included but it also has electrolytes so that when working out you do not loose too much in sweat. Ideal if doing sports like rugby, football and hockey where you have a break in between and need something for a bit more push. Not as sweet as AI hoped as BCAA always tends to make things taste sour for me personally but great for an extra kick.

Absolutely revolting - horrible smell and taste
I cannot believe anybody can drink this as the smell is like being outside of a chemical plant and the taste is horrendous, it has such a sweet and yet completely fake taste; I cannot compare it to anything else I have ever drunk in nearly fifty years.

Strong synthetic/chemical flavour
I was so wanting to like this Fitaid RX Recovery Blend.I have no doubt that it contains good things, to aid recovery.But I am sorry I just cannot get over the taste, which is so synthetic/chemical.The flavour is so synthetic/chemical that I could not finish the first can.I am sorry Fitaid, but as a person who buys natural products and loves natural flavours, I cannot give this a rating of more then 2 stars
