EXCEPTIONAL! Great quality hex mount bit set from Milwaukee! Around the house, I mostly use one of the several smaller electric screwdrivers/drills kept at various locations (utility room, kitchen, office, den, etc.) for those quick jobs we all run into that need just one or a few screws. Not infrequently, one of us also needs to drill just one or two holes in something light (drywall, wood for a small project, etc.) and it's just so much quicker & easier to be able to do it by just using a hex mount drill bit in one of those same small electric drill/drivers. The problem I kept running into was that, if the drivers came with any hex drill bits, it was only 2-4 low-quality bits. It seemed like, inevitably, the hole I needed to drill was a different size than the bits provided. So I decided I needed a much more conplete set of hex shanked bits! When I tried looking for a more complete set of hex drill bits, I was surprised at the paucity of choices. And, of those, it appeared that most "sets" I could find were of poor quailty, had very limited bit sizes, did not have a secure case, &/or were being offered by brands I didn't know. Finally, I narrowed it down to what seemed to be just two quality sets: This set & the DeWalt 10 piece set. The two weren't far apart in price, so what ultimately persuaded me was the extra 8 bit sizes in this set, even though I suspect DeWalt's "one piece" design probably is technically superior. So, essentially, I'm betting that - for the low RPM light duty I intend for these bits - the design difference won't matter. These bits look great, are certainly quite sharp, come with a very secure latching case and - so far - have met or exceeded my expectations.
