waste of money didn't work

Does not work properly
Very disappointed. My daughter received this for Christmas. The instructions are super simple and easy to understand. It comes preloaded with a blue wax stick so all you need to do is put in the skeletons and turn it on and wait for the light to turn green (which means the wax is melted and ready to be dispersed). Problem was, light turned green so we started to fill the first skeleton and the mold got halfway full and then the light turned back to red, because the wax needed heated more. The skeleton that was half filled ended up drying and sealing, not allowing to be filled anymore. Contacted customer service and waiting for a response.Update: after contacting customer service who refused to help and watching the video they provided and following all directions perfectly, this product still failed to work correctly. Customer service refused to help any further than by offering a video.
