COVID Chronicles: A Comics Anthology

I really enjoyed this graphic novel. It's a great collection of diverse and timely stories centered around the pandemic that I think everyone can relate to in one way or another. Highly recommend! It's a great read and will incite a whole range of emotions. Really high quality printing so you can appreciate all the wonderful illustrations.

An excellent visual depiction of the COVID pandemic experience that encompasses race, politics, gender, parenthood, and more. I enjoyed some of the artist’s work more than others on a visual level, but overall this is a solid book. I needed to take breaks while reading because it definitely stirred emotional responses since we are all in this pandemic currently. I recommend this to everyone looking for an artistic response to the pandemic.

So far the comics are good, but certain comics are tiny, and the sizings are limited making certain pages difficult to read. This detracts a great deal.

The publishers did a terrible job on the digital version of this offering. Several of the comics are so tiny that they make reading the text nearly impossible. Recommend avoiding.

A challenging read, but moving and definitely worth reading. I read it in chunks over a few weeks (easy to do, since each story/contribution is fairly short), would have been hard to just sit and read through all of them.
