Sizing: order larger than you require. I went for XXL and I am a medium primark t-shirt body fit for comparison. See pic for primark medium t shirt and top @ XXL size.Tough to get on- if you have a large chest then very tight to fit on. But once on, it fits really nice. It is comfortable to wear an doesnt feel itchy. I have worn this on full office day and also over night under pyjamas. Not had issues at all- actually helped me with some back pain.Improvements: could do with the tummy tucking section about an inch lower. In my case the top tummy tucking strips hit my ribs and I have less support for under tummy section.Overall very good.

Material is nice! the zipper does show if you are wearing a top on top of the shaper. The zip if sewn on 1 side, under the arm would have been better I think. This way it would not show.Other than that purchase a size smaller than you need the material after wearing a few times does stretch. After a week of wearing me feels a little loose now.

Arrived on time, Bingrong Compression Vest 3XL , strongly made, Fabric,s kinda of Itchy all over, and not that Targeted Compression, Does not compress Love handles, would have been better if strap's went horizontal around waist , ☹️

The item purchased is impossible to wear. I am a size xl and purchased xl but the shirt will not go past my shoulders. If I am a size xl I need to buy 5xl for what I can see. Managed to put it on pass my shoulders and had to cut it open. Dont waste your money. Good luck

I was initially skeptical if this will work but its really does amazing job in helping shape my body.Be sure to pay attention to the size chart - im a standard build with 34" Waist and 42" Chest but purchased XXL and its a snug fit.With many of today's shirts and suits being "Slim Fit" - I had few shirts that I struggled to squeeze into - when I tried wearing I was conscious of my moobs sticking out. Now if I wear this Vest underneath the shirts fit perfectly, moobs and stomachs appears much more slimmer- it also helps with posture and altogether I feel a whole lot better.The delivery was within two days - its really worth it and if you are considering purchasing then I say is GO FOR IT
