If you like to make egg sandwiches this is the best thing! You just crack your egg into the bowl, scramble if you want, close the lid and then put in the microwave for a minute (depends on microwave power). Take out when done and just pop onto your bread or plate. Very easy to clean and you can use for eating up other food if you wish, the bowl is the size of soup bowl. Was very happy with this product

In the microwave for just a minute and it's ready to eat. I've been eating a lot of overnight oats with fruit but it gets boring. Now I have a great option.

My comparison is to an electric breakfast sandwich maker that also cooks the egg. The electric model allowed the egg to leak out and get in all the crevices of the device. This one has a has a lid and no spots to leak. It is also faster, taking 1 minute to cook an egg vs 5 minutes. For some reason the electric one makes the egg taste ever so slightly better but the difference is small. This is convenient to use and clean and I will definitely be using this more than the electric one.

I crack an egg in this and cook for one minute and it's done perfectly. My husband prefers eggs cooked over hard and he said that there's just enough yolk flavor in his eggs and they don't have any burnt edges like cooking eggs in a pan with oil or butter. He leaves for work before the sun is up and I had been batch cooking, but he got bored with having the same thing every day. Now I can cook his eggs the night before and change the ingredients to spice things up. This is a MAJOR time saver. One and done. Since he likes 2 eggs with breakfast, I'm ordering another. I'd like to own a few more in case they ever go out of stock because this little cooker is GOLD! Clean up is super easy. I just wipe it clean. I haven't put in dishwasher because I don't want it to bounce around and break, even though others haven't had that problem. Also, I don't use any added water or milk. Haven't tried scrambling eggs, just cooking them over hard.

I make egg and muffin sandwiches and have microwave egg makers, but the makers are rounded at the bottom. So when the sandwiches are put together, the top of the muffin slides off. I was looking for an egg maker that was flat on the bottom. This egg maker fits that bill, but the diameter is larger than any English muffin. It was made to fit two scrambled eggs with additives such as peppers and onions. It's a bit large for one egg, and the cooked eggs is larger than the muffin. This also makes the finished product thinner which is fine if you add a meat and cheese. Overall, I like this egg maker even though the egg is larger than the average store-bought muffin. If you make your own English muffins, as I do, the egg fits perfectly in a 4.5 inch muffin. The sandwich fits together and stays together better. For those that have a problem with the egg "exploding", you shouldn't cook the egg at high power. It will explode every time in any cooker that you use. You need to cook the egg a 60-80% power and do one minute at a time. Check after each minute to see if the egg Is done as you want it. This will depend on the power of your microwave. For a 1200 watt oven, use 60%. For a microwave with less power, you may be able to use a higher percentage. To prevent sticking, coat the cooker with an oil spray like Pam. UPDATE 07/18/23: I have 4 of these and have been using the to make my version of egg McMuffins for over 9 years. I cook the eggs in the microwave as described above and generally add small diced onion and green pepper to two eggs that have been lightly stirred and the yolk broken. I generally add a slice of ham or bacon and cheese to the muffin sandwich. This is so much better than any takeout you can buy. Nothing sticks to these egg makers, so they are so easy to clean. I'm sure they will last for many more years. I hope this review was helpful for you.

I love this muffin pan! It is so easy to use! While the egg mixture is microwaving, I have an English Muffin cooking in the toaster. When the egg is done, I put the English Muffin with butter and cheese on it, in the microwave for about 20 seconds and in less than 2 minutes, you have a great tasting egg sandwich!

So quick and easy to use. Two eggs well beaten plus tomatoes, mince, herbs and onion. Five minutes later it's like an omelette but in a neat shape. Sometime I need to turn it over ad microwave a bit longer. Tasty quick and easy Nol mess No pan to wash.

I travel a lot for work and breakfast time for me is very early. I have been making breakfast sandwiches in advance and freezing them but eggs do not freeze well making the end result kinda, well, bad. This little gadget does a pretty good job! Nice fluffy egg, just the right size and shape for your English muffin and done in 50 seconds!

These are so very easy to use and clean up is a breeze. Tried the first time with 2 eggs and thought the lids were going to come off! But cooked perfectly. Used 1 egg per cup and added all the fillings and seasonings. Came out great, just like the egg bakes that I buy! Sturdy construction and easy to use - I would highly recommend this product.

I had tried similar items in the past with no success and was skeptical this would be any better. I was pleasantly surprised. It's sturdy enough. The handles are offset making it easier to open. Just spray a little cooking spray before use and nothing sticks. Cleans up easily. Good value for the price.
