Will this work with the Tipton ultra gun vice?

This does not directly work with the full Ultra Gun Vice, it is designed with rails which allow you to remove the clamps / trays from the ultra gun vice and directly mount it onto this stand. Some people have found you cannot line up the ultra gun vice (as it comes separately) onto this. You can purchase this with the ultra gun vice clamps and trays as the "standing Ultra vice" and if you already own an ultra vice you can simply move the components over to this stand. So if you already own an ultra vice table top model this would let you use the components on a stand. If you want the option of using stand or table top get the ultra vice and this. If you just want the stand version and have nothing else you can buy the standing ultra vice and you will save around $10-20 off the cost of buying the standard ultra vice and stand separately (based on prices when this was written)

Will this work with the gun butler?

I don’t own a gun butler. However, looking at it on line I believe it will work. Reason being the four corners have the screws used to secure it. To be 100% sure check with Tipton to see if the measurements are compatible.
