Excellent Choice for a small pond!
I’ve had a number of pumps for my small outdoor koi pond. This one is the best ever! It’s very quiet and yet really puts out the air. I am 100% happy with this purchase and so are my fish!

Awesome pump
Got this for air assist my and Xtool D1 Pro laser. It does the job great. It actually works better than the Xtool pump.

Living up to the hype!
I needed a large air pump to run my algae turf scrubber but I needed it to be quiet because it’s in my dining room. I had ordered a pair of smaller air pumps to use but then I stumbled on the Pondforse purely by accident. I couldn’t get over over all of the glowing reviews. It sounded too good to be true but I have to say this air pump really is the best of both worlds. Super quiet and kicks out a ton of bubbles for my scrubber. I guess I’ll see how long it lasts but as of now I highly recommend this air pump!

Pondforse Air Pump
As with my other reviews, this assessment was over a period of time.I received this item quickly and it was well packaged. When I saw its bulk, I thought a better name forit should be Pondhorse but it is not as large as it seemed—certainly not as big as a koi pond pump. Infact when I unbolted its case to see whether it had replaceable parts and filters, (an extra filter isincluded) I had a surprise. It’s a dual diaphragm pump similar in specs to the GHP one only it has athick housing to cut down noise. Like the GHP it is a four line capacity pump and it came with avalveless plastic manifold with four outlets. I would have preferred a metal manifold with valves butsince I did not have that option, I improvised using plastic T-valves and pieces of tubing. Thisarrangement works as long as I don’t push the air too high for this pump is powerful enough to blowthese cheap valves. Adding a valved manifold allows for balancing the output—something that isneeded when sending air to two direct injection buckets which can run on low output and two bucketswith airstones which require a higher air output. I have successfully driven four buckets at mediumoutput where the electromagnet hum is drowned out by the bubbling. Still, a metal manifold withvalves would have been a good addition to this pump and will be a future upgrade. One really nicefeature of the pump is that it has a switch—no need to plug or unplug. The same switch has a dial foradjusting airflow in fine increments. Although there are tick marks on the dial, they are hard to see so Iuse my ears to adjust the air output. This is also the first air pump I have running continuously ratherthan on a timer and it has not failed so far. It is definitely a good choice if you want to run multipleRoot Spa type DWC buckets with a single pump. I also plan to test it on a sixteen site airlift irrigationsystem I am building.

This is a Great Pump for the money!
I use air now for my Hydro growing. Before I used many different air pumps for Marine Reef keeping. I have used hobby air pumps for the better part of forty years, so I think I might have a little experience with air pumps. I now have a 50W pump from another manufacturer for growing medical herb. It put out sufficient air for 6 five gallon buckets. It never was the quietest pump but I had it hanging in the grow tent, so I didn't pay much attention to the noise. It lasted about a year before the air output started decreasing and it really got loud. I needed a quick replacement and I started digging into the best air pump for the bucks. This came Highly Recommended! I took the plunge and ordered it. It arrived 2 days later (which couldn't have come soon enough, the other pump was driving me crazy). I unboxed this baby and got her hooked up. I plugged it in......... I didn't hear anything. I had to feel the pump and to check the buckets to make sure this thing was working and air flow was making it to the buckets. This is by far the Best Pump I have ever used. I have had it about a month now and couldn't be happier with it. I highly recommend this for small grows!

No parts, support or warranty.
Bought two of these pumps. the first one for my main and the second for a back up as I have to have a back up just in case.First one failed at about nine months and only simple diaphragms needed to get it up and running. Zero warranty, Zero support to contact and zero parts available. it’s too bad because I do like the pump.Professional fish keeper here not your average dummy…

18 months of use then died
Fairly quiet. Good air flow. It died after 18 months of indoor use. I thought it should have lasted longer.

Amazing pump
Even after having this pump running for a year I'm amazed at how quiet it is! I have it in my bedroom running 24/7 so quietness is important, it's basically silent. I can't hear it at all over the sound of the bubbles. Even just by itself it's incredibly quiet. It also has great flow and pressure, I'm running a fluidized bed and 2 sponge filters and only have it at about 1/4 of its full power. When it's running full out it gets slightly warm and is a bit louder but still very quiet. In my use case it's cool to the touch and very quiet. The only thing I don't love is the internal filter, it's small for such a large pump and somewhat difficult to replace (you have to remove the cover)
