One of the biggest problems we've had candle making is keeping the wick centered. Michaels and other craft stores offer the ticky tack sort of putty to temporarily adhere the wick to the bottom of the mold. This just hasn't worked well in the past. The wick comes loose, starts to float or isn't straight anymore and in the center of the candle as it dries. This kit solves that problem.Love how the metal stands at the end of the wick are already included. While not entirely necessary it makes the process of setting the wick MUCH easier...as does the adhesive stickers that are included and the wood wick centering tools. Yeah, it's just a popsicle stick with a hole in it, but it does the job.Wick works great, burns and melts the candle as expected and holds a descent flame. Overall, it arrived quickly and it was exactly what I expected. Simple, inexpensive kit to get ya going, and I've produced professional looking candles with it.

I order 3wick candles every month. They come in beautiful glass containers. I decided that instead of throwing away the used candles, I would use the empty containers to make new candles. This kit is perfect for anyone wishing to make their own candles.

Easy to use. Solved my problem of the candle getting pretty low due to burn timeand the wick suddenly disappears? I just pop one in and voila!

Used these to make a bunch of candles. They work well, as long as you keep the wick centered in the middle. The popsicle sticks have a hole in the middle to hold the wick in place. You put the stick across the top of your jar with the wick in it and pour your melted wax. The only problem I encountered was when I poured the wax when it was too hot, the wick would come out of the bottom metal part-so don’t pour too hot:) other than that, they work great and I will definitely buy more when I run low.
