I am obsessed with these 2 signs I ordered. The GVSU one is 20 inches in Pacifico and the pink one is 30 inches in bayshore. They are so bright and very well made. The estimated delivery was November 21- December 21 but i got them in a little over 2 weeks. I ordered them September 23 and got them October 9. Definitely worth the purchase

I made the very expensive mistake of ordering 5 of these signs as Christmas gifts. I expected them to look as great as the photos in the other reviews. They arrived in short order, taking only 12 days from date of order to delivery in the USA. Unfortunately, that is where the positives of this transaction end. The signs are absolute sloppy messes with smeared adhesive and excessive scratching to the acrylic backing. Some of the neon flex letters are wavy/wonky and it's noticeable in places where they deviate from the letters engraved on the acrylic backing. In one sign, one of the letters is already coming off. The power cord comes out the FRONT of each sign, instead of going through the acrylic and coming out the back. The end caps and individual sections of tubing are cut and cobbled together sloppily with gaps between them. I should have listened to the voice in my head that said, "You get what you pay for" and "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is".

I had this "neon" made for my private hair studio in Austin Texas. The price was so reasonable compared to other custom companies I'd looked into so I decided to take a gamble. So glad I did. The seller is great at communicating and sent me photos through the entire process. The reason I say "neon" is because it's actually led lights inside of silicone or something like it. This isn't a con at all. It doesn't get hot and it seems less fragile compared to glass tubing. I'm so happy with this purchase. I use it as the backdrop for all photos / videos of my work and my clients love it.

The media could not be loaded.  If I could give 10 stars I would!!! This light is absolutely perfect... it's beyond my expectations.... shipping was way faster than expected.... they gave me everything needed to install the light wherever I want it... they even included wire for if I wanted to hang it from the ceiling.... I only wish I would have paid the extra 10 for the remote! The pink is very bright! I included a photo with all the lights off in my room. I'll definitely be ordering again, this would make a great gift! If you're trying to make a decision YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED ITS AMAZING!!!

IT IS AMAZING! I have gotten so many complements on my light. It shipped super quickly, awesome material (plastic and bendy but still neon), and I couldn’t be more pleased. The only thing I’m confused about is making the remote work but I haven’t made a serious effort to get it to work yet

I am coming back months later because I wanted to make sure to write a good review. Hopefully I can update with a picture but haven’t taken a good one yet.I took a chance with this company as they don’t have much of a return policy (it is customized, after all) and would have to pay for shipping—and I’m glad I did. They were very, very helpful. The customer service experience was excellent, they not only answered my queries in a timely manner but changed my order when requested.The quality of the product was excellent. It was better than I’d hope. My husband LOVED his present. It is indeed dimmable, it is indeed great quality, it makes a slight noise when turned on but nothing too intense, and I don’t believe that it heats up.If I need another sign ever, it’s a no-brainer —I’d come back here!
