All four harness legs are fully adjustable so you can position your notebook right where you want it. When walking to the next location, close the notebook in the Exo-L Harness Ready case and it will pivot down to hang flush against your body. It is now out of the way but ready when needed- just open and flip it back up. It can even be swung around and carried more conventionally from one shoulder if preferred.
