I work 4 days a week, so this 4 set was perfect for my morning coffee. I never washed the lids in the dishwasher & my cups were rarely dropped or knocked around. Within 8 months, all 4 lids have broken. In the beginning, these cups were great! Totally leak proof, kept my coffee warm, etc. At first the “leak proof” was less effect. Then the tops began to lightly crack. Finally, one by one, within a month of each other, all of the lids broke into several pieces. Good cups as long as you plan to replace semi-annually.UPDATE: customer service is great! Seller made it right. Thank you so much! 😊

I used these mugs for groomsmen gifts and had a friend put each name on them with silver vinyl. They were a great, cost-effective gift and exceeded my expectations. Not only do they look great (just like in the photo) and keep you coffee nice and hot, but the company was very helpful and quick to respond. One of the mugs arrived with the lid broken, and after communicating with the company, they immediately sent me a free replacement. I was very pleased with their customer service! Slim & easy to grip. Well insulated. With stainless steel, you don’t have to worry about paint peeling off. Bought one a year ago & the plastic lid slide broke off. But I liked the tumbler enough to buy a 4-pack (and the price was right), so now I have extra lids.

I enjoy coffee in the morning, and this tumbler keeps the coffee hot enough without the outside being hot or even warm. Very good bargain.

Very pleased with this 12oz cup. So well made and sturdy. Like that the outside of the cup which is anti slip. Top cover fits snuggly so no spills if you drop. Slide feature for straw is really cool.

Good seal. Doesn’t leak when drinking out of it. The perfect size for car cup holder, Easy to clean and keeps my cold drinks cold. So far color hasn’t peeled off. Good job!

I like it but the sliding closure piece broke so now it isn't spill-proof 😒

The media could not be loaded. I'm writing this after 2 hours of brewing and sealing my tea. It is still hot, too hot for a gulp, as much as I enjoy a big gulp, I'm sipping it with the lid off on my break.I'm pretty frugal, so I find it hard to spend money on one of these when I already got one. This is the best value I found, I'm really happy with this purchase, it's better than local product I bought for slightly more money.The lid is a simple pop on with a gasket and a good sturdy slide for the drinking spout, it's got a great seal on it new. I purchased 4 so I won't have to worry about having a dirty one before I leave for work. Enjoy!

It said that hot drinks would stay hot, but I dont even get an hour, after that it is cold. Would not recommend
