This product has no noticeable taste and mixed easily in my coffee. I always use a little battery operated frother that I bought here on Amazon but probably isn’t needed to mix in this product . I’m picky about my coffee and I’ve tried other collagen products that have that unflavored gelatin flavor…not good. I’ve been using this particular product for 4 plus months but I think these types of collagen products are WAY overhyped. I’ve always had weak fingernails and I have possibly had minuscule improvement. I have not noticed any difference in my skin or hair or at least yet. I have seen some improvement in my joints and that’s what keeps me using collagen! I really wanted to at least see some improvements in all that they tout these products will do but after taking 2 scoops every day for a quick start for about 6 weeks I went down to the recommended one scoop a day. Have you noticed the huge price increase? I think it went up about $10 at the first of the year (another reason I’m taking 1 scoop a day). (Everything has gone up!) When this canister is empty, I will try another brand or type to see if there is a difference. If it’s helping joints it has to be helping many others things in my body and for this I recommend it.

I started 2 months ago mixing 2 of the measuring spoons in one bottle of 30 gram protein Premier drink. At that time (I am 70) I was losing muscle mass due to being an Enrolled Agent and behind a desk all day. I drink half the pint mix for breakfast and the other half for lunch with vegetables and a portions of healthy stew. Then I eat two apples for supper with 3/4 cup of Greek plain yogurt, a spoon of other non-sugared fruit, and a tablespoon of dark, unsweetened chocolate. Other than that, my clients that have been coming after last years taxes say I look younger and more healthy than the prior year. I rarely write a comment this long but so many have come to me and asked how I got rid of the floppy skin hanging down under my arms.

The powder does not have any flavor and really does melt right into coffie or anyting you like. This also actually works, maybe any item with pure collegen will work on hair but this is the product I like as its totally untraceable in food and I like the source of the ingredients. It took about 3 months but at that point I actully noticed my hair was elastic if a strand was accidently pulled and really is stonger and more shiney. Pro tip, this is great for your pets too, I sprinke it onto my kitties dry food and their coats are really soft and shiney now. Good Job Vital Protein folks!

Instead of the screw off top pictured it has some kind of hard to open pull off lid that I had to forcibly open leaving a little gap which can let air in.Edit: The problem with the top ended up being my fault and it DOES close properly. I actually love the paper tub rather than the plastic one.

Somewhat expensive

I add just a scoop into my coffee for the supplements I need for a long workout. There is no difference to the taste of my morning coffee which is one very important aspect of why I like this product over others that are similar. Another reason is that since I started my routine with Collagen, my body feels stronger, and I cannot remember when I felt like not exercising. I purchase the 24 Oz because of the price efficiency of it and I need to order less often versus a smaller size option. Though I also have the travel packages for my leisure or business trips.

Put in my coffee every morning, dissolves completely, no taste

I am a first time user of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides - and collagen in general. I saw this product had many many great reviews and raves and I was still a little skeptical, but I decided to try it to see if it works and if I would notice any difference at all in how I feel.I purchased the small size first which lasted about two weeks I really didn't see a difference but I decided to give it one last try. I bought the large size. Everything seemed the same, but at about week five I started noticing a big difference. I have much more energy and hardly any aches in my knees! My nails were stronger and growing faster and my hair looks better too. I really am very pleasantly surprised with the noticeable improvements! It took about five weeks but the wait was worth it. I have no more aches in my knees - really.I put two scoops of the nonflavor collagen in my hot coffee every morning and it does not change the taste of my coffee at all. I stir it as it's pouring out of the pot and I add my sugar/cream as usual. If you are a first time collagen user I suggest you buy this collagen with no flavor and add it to your hot drinks.I highly recommend it - it works for me.I just re-ordered another large Vital Protein Collagen Peptides and I plan to get my husband on it as well.
