You cannot take it under your neck for much time as it causes severe neck pain after a point. may be its stuffed with nylon fibres. i had bought a pack of 5 or 6 its just not in use at all. I use only 1 hardly others are yet unused

Fiber cotton is very less you can make one pillow with two.
