This item must have gotten the design flaw award! Unbelievable how slippery the surface is, exactly where you leave your laptop. So, basically, I had NEVER dropped any laptop in my whole life, however, since I got this unfortunate "support", my laptop has slipped 6 times already, from which it got 2 major cracks in the keyboard, and one minor crack on the screen. Seriously... this should be never commercialized!!!!! One second that you get distracted looking at something else and accidentally take your hands out of the laptop to get a sip or to reach your mobile, bye bye laptop!!! Ridiculous item!!!
