Speaking from the perspective of a normal human, not a crazy hot sauce person.This hot sauce is mildly hot, eating it straight is basically the max heat that I would want a food to be. When diluted on food it might not be as hot as some may want. I tend to use a healthy amount to get the mild heat that I'm looking for.The main reason I prefer this to its contemporaries is because it's a bit less vinegar forward. A lot of cheap hot sauces have a strong vinegar smell and flavor that I find off putting. This hot sauce is a bit more subdued with the vinegar notes, even though they are still present and not optimal for me.Flavor is pretty mid, I like it but don't love it. There isn't much there to write about but it's a bit darker than most cheap sauces. I wouldn't pay a premium for this product but at its normal price, compared to similarly priced products, I think it's a great.

Good flavor for wide variety of foods!

This stuff has a good flavor and it's not too runny. It's pretty hot too. I think it's a good value considering the heat and flavor. Normally you need to spend 3 times as much to get a taste like this.

I can not say too many good things about this. Not only is this hot, but it is also tasty on about every food possible to man.
