Don't size up, just get your normal t-shirt size. I wear medium shirts, so I ordered a medium and it has PLENTY of room to be worn on top of layers, hoodie, etc. The quality is very nice compared to most basic rain gear. Pit zips are a great feature, as is the microfiber lining inside the collar. Several cinches throughout the jacket, great for ad about review stating High quality, runs big FYIjusting the fit. This jacket has a little more length to it, which is great for proper coverage. I like that you can buy a zip-in liner for additional insulation if needed. The hood is very big, but perfect if you wear a helmet on the job. Minor complaint is that the main/front hand pockets are setup a little weird, but the way they are setup does help keep water out of them. Read more

I ordered a xx large and when it arrived I tried it on and found it to be too large. I followed the instructions and asked for approval to send it back and replace it with an x large jacket.I sent the jacket back and within a couple of days I received my new x large jacket which fit perfectly. I was totally impressed with the jacket and the cooperation of everyone involved. I would highly recommend this company. Larry

Top pocket is split nice as well is the inside pocket.The inside seal is nice and the double insulated lower pockets are great.
