Completamente limpio.Fue entregada con la batería cargada al 80% aproximadamente. Al encenderla, inició el proceso de configuración inicial de Windows 10 como instalación limpia. Se observa pantalla sin defectos y retroiluminado rojo de teclado funcionando correctamente, mousepad operativo sin defectos.Al culminar la configuración de windows 10 se observa que las características del equipo cumplen con lo señalado en el anuncio (ram, SSD, procesador). No se observa defectos de conectividad (ni LAN ni WiFi).Se instalaron algunos juegos como GrimDawn y Path of Exile ejecutándose sobre los 60 FPS fluidos.No se percibe recalentamiento.En conclusión el equipo se encuentra en correcto estado de funcionamiento y cumple con las características técnicas del vendedor.//The laptop was delivered with manual, charger and an adapter for an additional SSD or HDD and some stickers.Externally, the equipment did not show any type of damage, scratch or sign of tampering. My 24 hour review...Pro's - Sleek looking machine, I got the 17.3" screen and it's way better than expected. It's also fairly quiet (for a gaming laptop) while gaming with full fans. The trackpad and keyboard are perfect imo. Fingerprints are an issue but they wipe away very easy on the matte finish. Acer has toned down the red accents on the Nitro's and they look really really good. It's a lot of GPU/CPU for the price.CONS - MY issues. Out of the gate this WiFi card will not stay connected to my router for more than 30 seconds at a time. It does this with the regular wifi signal and the 5G signal. The issue is the same at 30ft or 2ft distance from the router. So, maybe it's a settings issue, but if not, it's Ethernet cable or nothing with my Acer Nitro 5.Secondly, The headphone jack is buggy. It's not my headphones as multiple sets have been plugged in and they all pop and crack. The same headphones are fine on any other device. So, it's Bluetooth or nothing for headphones on my Acer Nitro 5.I know these issues may be specific to my machine, but it may also say something about Acer's quality control. I'll make do with it forever plugged in to a router and only having bluetooth headphone capabilities. However, my next computer will not be an Acer. Good luck to you if you decide to try it. Its fast for sure! (if that's all you want it for)

Really love the large screen and lit keyboard. Seems to handle most games so far.

Great computer, even better price this computer runs quiet and smooth.Arived a day earlier then expected. I would definetly recommend I bought to run Photo edditing program be aware there is no SD card slot. You will need to buy a SD card reader.

I expected it to be decent, turns out they are pretty great. Awesome machine.
