I just used one crystal in hot water in a mug a put it beside me and it did clear my head … but….be careful with it near your eyes as it will affect them if you have it too close….

Love these powerfull crystals . I only add litterally a couple of strands to a container of boiling water and inhale with a towel over the head . At first it makes you cough but continue to intake and the relief is amazing. Remember to close your eyes as may make your eyes water. Also DO NOT INGEST

Whooo ! These are great! They definitely clear your nose and head! Do note that you only need a small amount in a bowl of hot water - careful not to inhale too deeply, as your eyes will start to water and clear your head instantly (bit like smelling salts) The aroma lasts a good while and the room will smell like menthol for hours! A great buy!
