Can anyone supply a better photo of the knives? This seller is using a photo that gives no depth information at all, an almost cartoon-looking image.

Are they 18/10 like the flatware?

The marking on the blade says 100mm. They look like 18/10. I had bought 4 at a garage sale and liked them so much that after a few months of use, I ordered more. We like them for everyday use with our Reed and Barton stainless, as well as for speciality steak knives. Dinner guests like them, too. I would order them again.

Are this knives dishwasher safe?

I have had these knives for 25 years. I bought more as I have somehow "lost" two between house moves. They have kept their edge and I have put in dishwasher for last 15 years almost daily.
