Lavazza Expert Variety Pack, Contains Light, Medium, and Dark Roast Espresso and Coffee Capsules, Compatible with Lavazza Classy Machines (36 Capsules)

Switched from nespresso to a Lavazza machine and could not be happier. The taste is superior and the pods are half the price.

Bought this to try with my new Lavazza Blue classy machine, as I have physical limitations that no longer allow me to grind, tamp and pull manual shots. This "variety pack" contains mostly lavazza intenso (15 count), in different preparations, such as 8 oz coffee (also called americano), espresso and espresso double shot; plus 4 capsules of the ristretto espresso (darkest roast, described as most intense and smoky). There are 10 capsules total of the classico flavor, 5 of gran aroma and only two decaf. So out of 36 count, 20 (the intenso and ristretto) are not drinkable, 10 are basic classico (still pretty bitter) and only 5 are a new flavor (gran aroma) in a lighter roast, but those are the version for an 8 oz americano, not for esspresso. So if you are craving a nice creamy esspresso witbout a burnt aftertaste, you are not going to find it in this pack. Also, the flavors breakdown in the website description and the bottom of the boxdo not match. And yes, I am a lifelong Lavazza drinker and love their coffee. This particular product is a big letdown for me. As with all other coffee, it is not returnable per Amazon policy...

I love the Lavazza expert coffee capsules. I just purchased my Lavazza Classy Plus machine, also through Amazon, and wanted to try out all the different capsules for the machine to see which are my favorites before placing an order for a big box of a single type of capsule. This was great. I found out I like their coffee pods a lot, which I wasn’t expecting since I’m normally an espresso-only drinker. Turns out that’s because I was used to weak coffee. Lavazza is an Italian brand so their coffee is strong, delicious, and amazing quality. Their espresso is also delicious and brews beautifully, I save those for days I need an extra kick. Ignore any bad reviews, those are from people who didn’t read that these capsules are for the Lavazza machines and not Keurigs. If you are looking for a way to try all the capsules that Lavazza offers for THEIR machines, look no further, this is the best option!

I love Lavazza coffee. When i purchased this kit, which was on an introductory/special price, it wasn't noted at the time you needed to have a special brewer for these cups. NOW, the description for these pods very clearly state the machine they work in. Be aware, these do not fit in a KCUP brewer. Since food products are not returnable, I did make use of my universal KCUP where I opened the pods and emptied them into the universal KCUP. After playing around with the amount of loose coffee needed to brew a great cup, i now am getting an excellent cup of coffee. The coffee I rate at 5 stars, and because the original ad for the package didn't indicate clearly these pods needed a special brewer, i'm rating it at 4 stars.

Great way to provide coffee strength options to your guests.

I love this coffee and bought a variety box for Keurig, but the cups are too short. I bought a permanent kup filter, cut open the pods and transferred contents into permanent kcup. It's messy, but worth it.
