Cand 1.2 Gallon Clear Garbage Bags, Small Trash Bags, 110 Counts

When we moved into our new house we refurnished our bathrooms with top of the line decor. We splurged on the Restoration Hardware Newbury Wastebaskets, and I didn't want to just put a plastic grocery bag inside, or a white ill-fitting liner. This bag is minimalistic, while still sturdy enough to do the job. It fits a 7¾"D 10½"H wastebasket really nicely.

I have been looking everywhere for small clear trash bags for my bathroom waste baskets. Most small trash bags are 3 gallon, which are way too big for a small bathroom sized waste basket. These are VERY thin, but that is OK, cause it's not like I am going to throw tons of heavy stuff away in them. One bath has a high end solid marble can, and the other has a white ceramic one with chrome trim. I am able to stretch them just enough to tie a small know in one corner to make them fit tight over the cans. These bags are less noticeable when they are the right size and thin, so they don't take away from the beauty of the cans themselves. .

I originally began purchasing these for the small trash cans in the bathrooms of our new home. I always used to just line the cans with a plastic grocery bag. While effective, it isn't very aesthetically pleasing. These are great for both keeping your trash cans clean and keeping your bathroom looking nice.A few months after I'd already been using them, we rescued a kitten whose litter box is set up in one of the bathrooms. I decided to try scooping the used litter on top of whatever trash was already in the lined can. I've been absolutely amazed at how DURABLE these bags are! I use Yesterday's News cat litter which is heavier than the average clumping formula a lot of people use. I have never once had a bag tear or even show remote signs of distress. Sometimes I really load these things down, too. I once had a folded up tissue box near the bottom of the trash, with some sharp corners making contact with the bag. I took a risk and still poured used litter on top of it. I actually expected the bag to tear at least a little bit, where the sharp corner was pressing into it from the weight of the litter, but nope! It maintained its strength and durability as though all I had stuffed it with was light fluffy tissues.These garbage bags definitely earned their 5 stars (and then some)!

These bags are MUCH larger than a 1 gallon bag. They are more like 2 1/2 gallon size bags. See picture.

These are the first small trash bags that actually open easily. No fighting with the edges for a half an hour trying to get the silly thing to open and put into the trash can! They're clear, so if you have decorative trash cans in the bathroom (which I do) they don't hide the design. I can't recommend them highly enough!

We stuff 8-12 diapers per bag (per day) and have yet to have a bag leak or break in any way... I'm quite impressed with the quality.

These are the perfect alternative to the expensive single trash bags you buy for little cans at the store. I usually keep a couple in the bottom of the can so that when I change it there is already a new bag to put in. I like that these are clear compared to the white or black standard bags- they look much better in bathroom trash cans. There is a reason why most cleaning businesses use clear bags!

Perfect! Target stopped selling the ~1 gallon trash bags that I use to take out cat litter everyday and getting the 4 gallon bags are way too much. Found these and they are perfect! Good size, very sturdy, and fits the bill! Also use it in small trash cans around the home which works out great!The only annoyance is that the perforation is actually fairly strong, so it takes a bit to rip each bag off from the main set but even when ripping fairly hard, the bags stay sturdy. I've had other sets where it'd just rip a hole in the bottom of the bag so still very happy!
