I rub this into my skin just a few minutes before a workout and I can attest that it will LAST your entire workout and even hours after that. Much better and more effective compared to anything I’ve used in the past. You must however FOLLOW the directions as labeled on the bottle! Just a dime size is ALL that you need! I cannot stress this enough. And make sure to wash your hands after applying! This has not left any skin irritations for me, but everyone is different, so to be sure to test it out for yourselves. 有酸素、トレ前に腹直筋や腹斜筋に塗り、減量末期にはトレーニング部位(三角筋や大腿四頭筋)にも塗ります。 動かすとすぐに塗った部位が熱くなってくる為、マインドマッスルコネクションにもかなり使えます。

興味本位で購入しましたが，お腹周りに塗ると直ぐに熱くなり効果が実感できました． 私の場合，原因は分かりませんが，熱くなる程度が日によって違います． 脂肪燃焼するかどうかは，その後の運動により変わってくるような気がします． 匂いはシナモンです．
