Drake'sRing Dings, 40 Individually Wrapped Ring-Shaped Devils Food Cakes, (Pack of 5)

Ordered this item and got it on time. Opened up that boxes and all the Ring Dings looked as if the has melted and formed different shapes

I don't know what exactly happened. It's still a bit blurry. I opened up one of the boxes and started to eat a Ring Ding. Next thing I know I started to tear open Ring Ding after Ring Ding and shove them into my mouth. I couldn't control myself and was over taken by lust for the chocolately creamy filled goodness that I grabbed all the boxes and collapsed to the ground, tearing open the boxes and shoving the Ring Dings in mouth as fast as I could. Rolling around in the wrappers, squealing with glee. Reckless abandon would be putting it lightly. I couldn't stop. I had to have more. I must have more. And before I knew it, .....there were no more. Just be careful folks. The loss of control can happen to you too, and then there will be no more Ring Dings.

Ring dings definitely better than ding dongs! Good value but had melted partially in transit so they were squished a bit.

I think the recipe may have changed since I was a kid, so these are not quite as good as I remember… but I was still very happy to find them here on Amazon. I grew up on the East Coast and now live out West where Drake’s cakes are not available in stores.Also, these are much smaller than what I remember from my childhood days. These were previously sold as Ring Ding Jrs… the original Ring Dings were much bigger. Still, ordering these has been a nice little bit of nostalgia for me, so I’ll recommend them highly.

Not sure if it's just my age but these don't taste like they used too.I can't fault the seller but I can't give a great review either. Sorry.

Price was right as well as the quantity I received. Very much enjoyed it.

I only wished they were as large as I remember them (in MA) to be like back in 1966 & packed with that white creamy filling. They were probably 5" in diameter, took both hands to hold them. But thank God they still taste amazing even if they're no longer a nickel a piece. I live in an area of FL where we can only buy Hostess which I believe bought out Drakes & somehow Little Debbie got involved 😆lol I shared a box each to all my FL family here. You'd think they received a million dollars 😆lol

I’ve liked these cakes since I was a kid. I keep them in my freezer for when a craving for chocolate hits. I like them best when they’re cold.
