Still in brand new condition after 2 and a bit months of heavy use
I waited for a few months before writing this review because I wanted be sure it would last as 'm not exactly a wee guy so I definitely needed a throne for my rather large badonkadonk. This is a very very well put together throne. It's kept it's shape, and as sturdy as ever, it looks like its just came out the box, and I have been on it for at least 2 hours every day since I got it. I have zero complaints, if you're big, this will do you, if you're not, it will do you too. It's also really comfortable. Well worth the money.

Great buy
I um’d and ah’d about what drum stool to get before taking the leap with this one. I’m a bigger guy and so comfort is important for me. First time out of the traps on a three hour session and it was marvellous: right height, right sturdiness, and super comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Decent budget stool let down by one issue
OK so don't get me wrong this is great value for money but there are some annoyances- let's start with the positives, the build quality of the stand is awesome for the price, really sturdy and heavy. The contour of the stool is really comfy. The negatives- the seat padding is firm, that might not be a problem for you! I am using this seat for my practice kit and overall I am really pleased but the most annoying issue is the clamping mechanism for the seat on to the stand- it just always loosens and the seat wobbles as a result - I use a Pearl motorcycle style seat in my live rig but and this never happens but then the price difference is night and day.

Solid stool for big boys
This stool is perfect for my rather large ass. Provided you secure it properly when selecting the height, it does not move. Well worth the money

Wobbly
On the plus side I was happy enough with the seat: very firm (almost like sitting on a plastic chair) but I don’t mind that. The base is ok too. The letdown is the clamp that attaches the seat to the base. It’s garbage, resulting in a throne that is wobbly, even when tightened to the max. Very disappointing.

For the money it's great
I had no problems assembling it and if done correctly it is very sturdy with only a small amount of movement. Very comfy, very pleased

Very uncomfortable, good for beginners
I play drums since 20 years at semi pro level, this is by far one of the hardest thorne I've ever sat on it... Feels like wood... Construction quality is also very cheap and can't see that lasting long with extensive use; the top moves slightly regardless everything properly tightened... I've returned it as fast as i could... It would be great for £40 as good stool for beginners, but not worth the price at all

Comfortable, HUGE, Still Wobbled.
Make sure you check measurements before you order. Compared to standard drum stool, this thing is HUGE. And while it was super comfortable, after 20 mins or so, I found myself having to re-tighten everything to keep it from wobbling. There was also a paint mark on the main seat area, from when the logo was printed on. Which leads me to the final point - the huge obnoxious logo plastered on the back of the seat, which IMO makes it look cheap and tacky.Overall, very comfortable - but due to the paint stain and needing to tighten everything every 20 mins, I decided to return it.
