I was completely satisfied i with this purchase. My grand daughter loves it. I received it as promised, when promised, and it was packaged appropriately!

My two year old daughter loves Disney Princesses. The tablet encouraged her to learn her letters and numbers while enjoying stories about her favorite characters. My biggest disappointment was that after two weeks the buttons on the pad started to short out. Now, four months later, almost all the buttons are broken. She’s extremely upset by this. I don’t think this product is worth the price.

It’s only 3 months old and 3 of the letters of the alphabet don’t even work. My daughter didn’t really use it until now just because she had a lot of other birthday gifts so it could have been like this from the start and we don’t know it. It stinks because she’s trying to learn how to spell and it’s not fully functional. I hope the seller sees this and maybe does the right thing and offers an exchange.

The kids enjoy playing with it but it’s really better for kids who are already reading. Not as much fun as I had hoped it would be.
