Protec Instrument Bell Cover, 7-8.75", Ideal for Alto Horns, Tenor Trombone, Baritone Sax, Model A325

Well made cover that works well on my small-bore tenor trombone (Bach model 12). It doesn't seem affect the horn's sound or playability noticeably. It's a little small for my large bore tenor, though. If you have a medium/large bore instrument, you will probably need a larger size.

As promised, fits well on trombone, stays on in and out of case, does it's job.

If your brass instrument is finely tuned with tuning slides all the way in be aware that this makes your pitch flat. Don’t order if you don’t have any tuning slide left to raise pitch.

Fits well and doesn’t affect how the horn plays!

Great product

Order placed on November 4th, delivery on November 12th. It's a good fit on the bell of my Conn 36H alto trombone, and I have used it in rehearsal with my orchestra. It results in a slight sharpening of pitch which is easily adjusted for, but has no significant effect on tone quality as far as I can tell. Under present conditions, it is necessary to have these covers on our instruments, and this is an excellent product that fully meets the need. Highly recommended.Keith Davies Jones
