Q: Has anyone tried grinding this into smaller bits, say with a spice grinder/coffee grinder, to to sprinkle on food instead of salt, or is it too hard?

For me, the flakes are small enough to be sprinkled on foods, so I've never tried grinding the flakes up into even smaller bits.

Q: I purchased a bag and like the product. What is the iodine level?

The package does not list iodine content.

Hello, All of our dulse is harvested from the North Atlantic Ocean. Our first run was Canada origin, but due to limited supply we had to swap to Maine. Despite the switch, it is still the North Atlantic Ocean and the same quality. I am getting this discrepancy resolved on our listing. Thank you, Zach Source Nutrition Co-Founder
