Q: I ordered microdermabrasion skin exfoliant but I got age defying exfoliant, both are same ?

yes they are the same product. Recently dr brandt updated packaging the newest version is known as age defying exfoliant. Unfortunately for vendors in the Amazon forum, we do not have control over photos and wording that appears in listings

Q: what age is this targeted for?

I would think any age can use it. I'm 77. I would have used it years ago if it had been available. It's a great product.

Q: Does this product contain micro plastics?

No does NOT contain micro plastics. Per Dr. Brandt website, "Physical exfoliation with biodegradable micro-granules made from renewable wood cellulose refined to different particle grades to provide safe, effective exfoliation across all areas of the face."

Q: How is this different from the PoreDermabrasion?

They are both great, but this product exfoliates better, tightens the skin, and from my experience, it shrinks my pores more than the other. It helped clear my acne and got rid of my ance scars and discoloration. Both products are great and I would reccomend either one. Although this product is more expensive, I feel it does a better job at evening my skin tone and leaving my skin baby smooth.
