Does exactly what it claims to do, and does that very well. Sturdy, good quality mechanics, and reasonable room for is packages. Our postman told us that he would like to see more of his customers get similar boxes. The hole for the combination lock that it comes installed with also fits a standard mailbox key lock, and we are considering putting one in.

It’s great to order and to know my parcel can be delivered, the only thing I have trouble with is the door locking , sometimes a parcel has push the door open. I wish their was a key option as well. I do love it though and so glad I brought it

The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased this parcel. It was the most expensive one so I expected good quality. I can’t even close this parcel box as it is faulty. No idea how it went through the quality control before it was packed for sale. Waste of time. See video

This postbox is exactly what I wanted. It is big enough to store multiple packages and letters if I am on holidays. It is securely mounted behind my front wall, out of sight, yet keeps the letter and parcel slots above the wall and means I can get deliveries when I'm not there to open the electric gate. Probably bought larger than I needed but it's better to have that than too small. I am really happy I bought this.

The unit is everything the supplier said it would be. The quality is good and was easy to mount. Great as a mailbox for letters but unfortunately most boxes/packages used by Amazon and similar will not fit in.The company should offer a similar (possibly matching) unit that is designed to take larger boxes.The device itself is 5 star but the size limitation drops it to a 3 star

So far so good. It's looks very smart. We needed a letter box due to having a new front door without one! It's easy to secure to the wall and the post seems to use it ok!

Good well made box, Functions well. Mounting on a wall not that easy but sturdy one done. Major problem how do you train delivery people to use it. It is right at my gate and the driver has just walked 50 yds in torrential rain to ring my door bell.

Very easy to install, beautifully designed, strong 4x 10mm bolts with security heads.I would of like to of seen different colours.
