Works great and makes the job easy, Jobs are easier and even the beginner can use easily. Well worth the price, it will pay for itself first time it stops your mistake.

I needed to have the ability to reverse the measurements. Problem was the locking mechanism was on the wrong side.I did get it to work though with some ingenuity. I think I should have purchased the more expensive tool.

If you have ever laid some flooring and needed to cut with a jigsaw some weird pieces or shapes, then this is the tool you need. Even though I have only used mine about a half dozen times this tool has allowed me to make cuts that look like a factory did them. This is one of those tools that you need but don't know it until you have it, and then use it a few times. After that you wonder how you ever got along without it. A nice product and handy when needed.

I was laying down vinal floor in my new furnished basement. It is about 1, 200 sqft and with a lot of irregular corners and joints. To cut vinal board to meet corners, I used paper or cartoon boards to draw the shape and made my own template. It was very time consuming and not accurate. There were a lot of time waste and material waste. About in 1/3 of project, I started searching online for help. I found this shape duplicate tool on Amazon and realized this could be the thing I needed. The shipping was fast. I only waited for ond day to receive it. I was so excited to try it. OMG, it worked and worked so well. This tool was exactly what I needed for my DIY project. It took me three minutes to figure out how to use it. It's very intuitive. It made my job so easy to cut boards around corn or door frame. No more time and material waste. It helped me get my project done much quicker. I am so happy for having this tool. Whoever invented this tool is a genius. I think everyone who like DIY should have this tool in hand. I wish I would have it sooner.

For the most part these worked just okay, I'm sure a less expensive pair would have worked just as well or maybe better.

Installed metal panels on the lower section of a greenhouse, first wall without the tool took me 3 hours, other 3 walls with the tool took only one hour each (other walls had more contours to mimic and cut), tool was amazing. I did have an issue with it not being deep enough, but I measured the offset from the black retaining bar on the tool to the post and made a mark on the metal to align to, then traced the contour onto the metal and removed the area so the panel conformed perfectly to the position it needed to be in. Overall, a great tool.
