I can't always find Miele mustard in my local stores. It's priced right and it is my preferred mustard. Great quality and packaging. I always worry about cracked bottles and/or caps, but this was perfect.

We continue to use Maille Dijon and Old Style mustard for its flavor profile and its versatility in many types of cuisine. This Dijon does not have the astringency of other Dijons. Great when making your own salad dressings and as a condiment to your favorite sandwich.

No problems with shipping and the old style mustard has a great tang and depth and the dijon is just as good.

I collect mustards, hot sauces, vinegars, seasonings, etc. for a lot of cooking, for a lot of people. These two varieties are fabulous for pretzels, bratwurst, greens, potatoes etc... anything that is in need of an additional flavor topping. They are quite mild, but have interesting texture and subtle deliciousness. I don't cook with these... they are serving, do-it-yourself, mustards with flair.
