This product has been amazing. It tastes great, especially for an all natural product. Very easy to drink. I’m also really pleased that now I don’t have to get multiple different products/vitamins to cover my bases. This cover all my greens, reds, and golds all in one product. This product is great! It tastes and works great. I have a very busy schedule so it’s hard for me to be consistent with meals and getting in the required daily nutrients. Two things that are big in my life are stress and lack of time. That’s why this product was just right for me. I feel like I have more energy and that my immunity is above par, which is something that’s super important these days and for my specific job. My niece got this for me to drink in the mornings. The flavor is so good I find myself craving for a second dose by the afternoon. The powder is not too thick and pleasant to drink. It gives me a boost in the day and I feel great.

I use this powder every single morning before I take anything else in. It is such a great way to nourish the body first thing in the morning filling it with really good quality nutrition. I love the taste, I love the ingredient list. I stopped taking a multi-vitamin ever since taking this powder. Highly recommend for a daily dose of greens!!

I don't know how good the health benefits are because this isn't drinkable. Maybe this taste on par or better than other super green stuff but I can't drink it and I have tried.
