this faucet is great. I like how you can change the angle and spray in different directions. plus, it is so cute in my farmhouse kitchen.delivery was quick and it was just as described. I did have a plumber install it.

I bought this faucet to install on a hundred-year-old enameled iron farmhouse sink in my kitchen. The original was just worn out.It was very easy to install and came with everything needed. The "thread sealing tape" in the kit is garbage though - I highly recommend picking some of the good stuff up at the hardware store. Also, the faucet handles both turn in same direction, which takes a bit to get used to. Overall though, I'm pleased with the both the function and design.

Vendor quickly sent a replacement unit to address (what I thought was a “missing parts” causing the leaking issue)…just seeing the new unit helped me to re-assemble and install my original unit correctly. Works great so far. Returning the “new” replacement unit. Very grateful.

I waited long after the return date to install the faucet I purchased, I am no plumber so I was reluctant to do the install myself. The day came that I was ready to tackle the project myself, I did, it leaked. It was leaking where the faucet turns. I dealt with water squirting everytime I would turn the faucet. After awhile, I thought lets see if the company will help me fix it. I reached out to customer service and to my surprise, they responded promptly and addressed the issue. I sent them a video, they sent me pictures of what should of been in the package. I don't know if I lost a washer but the problem basically was a missing washer. In minutes it was fixed with the addition of the missing washer. The company followed up until they knew the problem was resolved!!! I must stress, after the return date, they still followed up!!!! That is almost unheard of these days! I will most definitely purchase off this company again!

Customer service and warranty are fantastic - had a minor defect - Replaced the whole faucet assembly, no hassle what so ever ! - Was shocked to see total replacement arrive, thought it would be just the part needed - Recommend this product/company to everyone and I dont normally do that !

Very disappointed, it was defective, the threads on one side worked but the other side wouldn't even work. Sent it back with no problems. I did like the look and that it had an aerator

Great looking faucet! Used it for my utility sink next to the washer in the garage. It was an easy, quick, and simple installation. Finding a good wall mounted faucet from a very limited selection. Happy with this selection even though I've only had it for a week so far. Had bought another faucet from the same company and their customer service has always been excellent in resolving any issues. Expecting that to continue.

Had to send it back; my title sort of says it all. Your average kitchen sink requires an 8 inch "Center Mixer Tap" and this one is only 6 inch. I had to switch to brushed nickel in another style instead of the black, but have come to love the one I got.

Muy bien los acabado, el color es tal Cual en las imágenes, se debe tener cuidado al instalar puesto que no coincide (como es normal en las roscas), con la toma de pared, hay que hacer ajustes y usar mucha cinta Teflon
