Great cans. Worth the price.
Great quality cans with good soundstage. Lacking on the lows particularly for movies, music and gaming but still a great listening experience. Not the best choice if you’re a bass lover, but there’s enough for me and I’m a DnB enjoyer.Purchased these at MSRP so was initially disappointed with the plastic as build quality felt a little poor, but they’ve lasted 3 years with a few bumps, drops and snags so can’t really complain.Recently one of the pad covers has started to come away which is unfortunate as the warranty is only 2 years. Still useable and still comfortable though so not a problem for me (love the pad cover material). For reference I have these running through a PreSonus Revelator io24 but have used other DACs and interfaces no problem - I prefer the Revelator for my microphone.

Superb headphones
Very impressed with these. Nicely built; granted, they're all plastic with the exception of the metal grilles but it's nice quality plastic and build quality is high. Very light weight and comfortable on the head and plush and well sealed over the ears. Lovely sound; smooth, warm, well defined bass, clear mids, vocals and treble. Put my DT 990's up for sale the day the 560s arrived, just a more rounded and way more musical sound as far as I'm concerned. Good length cable that's detachable. Brilliant, comfortable headphones for £99.

From a gamer, AMAZING! But...
I LOVE these headphones! the audio quality of these was simply in another league. I went from a set of cloud 2s that died, to some IEMs and while great for music the IEMs just didn't cut it for me for tac fps games like Valorant. I got these for the wider sound stage from the open back design and was simply blown away, not only could I tell if footsteps were coming from left, right, behind and Infront but with these I was able to notice how high enemies were way better! Heaven campers didn't go unnoticed anymore! This is something I never noticed on other headsets/earphones.For music these are simply fantastic, keep in mind these are reference headphones, don't expect amazing bass etc from these. An EQ will help with this if you want a different sound signature for music. They are also extremely comfortable and light on the head making extended gaming sessions that much niceAs an FYI, I unfortunately had to return these :(. I use a dynamic microphone for discord/game coms and even so, the sound leakage into the microphone was terrible and I was getting complaints from people being able to hear their own voice being fed back through the mic or being able to hear what I was listening to, this is not a fault of the headphones in anyway, it is just the nature of open back headphones, you have nothing to stop the sound from escaping. Keep this in mind if you don't want to disturb others in your room/house while using these as well. If this sounds like it wont bother you then absolutely buy these, you will not regret it!Another highly recommended headset is the Beyerdynamic 990 Pro, however, also open back so would have the same issues. In my case I switched to the Beyerdynamic 770 Pro (80 Ohm) which is essentially just the closed back version of the 990's and they are are great alternative to the Sennheiser.

H560s Can do it all - Gaming, Movies and Music. Without costing a fortune.
As someone who is a casual gamer, enjoys watching movies and listening to music, I wanted a pair of headphones that would provide good sound quality, as well as being comfortable to wear for long periods of time.I had done a lot of research when looking at headphones to buy, the main 2 I saw were the DT990 Pro (Closed Back) and these 560s (Open Back). As someone who had never had open back headphones, I never really understood what it meant by a wider soundstage and feeling airier. After using these for a few months I must say I was blown away, the open back style does give a great feeling that the sound is around you, rather than the sound coming from next to your ears, the headset is comfy to wear, light and well adjustable. There is some clamping at first, but this is to be expected, and they will eventually loosen, or you can rest them on something for a few hours to stretch the headband.Overall, they do everything I need, prodividing good bass, nice treble, and generally being a great pair of headphones for movies, games and music. The price is great, I got mine on sale for £100 but I would argue that even when not on sale they are still worth their money. I have not tried them on a mobile device, but straight to my PC they work well without the need of an AMP.The cable is a decent enough size, the headset itself seem sturdy whilst being lightweight, so it seems to tick all the boxes. If you are planning to purchase these headphones, I would suggest looking at audio software to use to better ehance the sound. There are simple guides online (I use Peace with a preset I found) and it enhances the sound, but straight out of the box they're great sounding. The downside is that being open back if you are in a busy area they will not block out the external sound, but this is not an issue for me but is something to consider.
