Works perfectly
I used this deadcat to make my first short film at a windy, noisy beach and it worked excellently at cutting out the sound. I would recommend this product!

Does the job
I looked around for the genuine Røde WS11 - but no stock or ridiculous price. This looked as though it could do the job and, as far as I'm concerned, it does. Cuts wind noise better than the foam shield (that's fine indoors for suppressing plosives); not perfect (what is, if we really push our expectations), but adequate (and available at a reasonable price).
