I absolutely love Ruby’s books. Her writing is so informative and written with such humour. They make me think, laugh and above all remember how important it is to practice mindfulness everyday x

Ruby Wax has an amazing life story and incredible bravery to unravel the impact of that and how to manage it.

Wow. What a truly positive and joyous read. In her book – And Now for the Good News – Ruby Wax looks at world problems and really manages to show how a) they impact our mental health and b) how we can do something about it – both our mental health and helping fix the problems within the world.If I am honest, I was expecting sardonic wit and humour. The sort of thing you are used to getting from Ruby Wax in her humourous guises. However, what I got was a lot of humour but equally a lot of real life advice. It is not surprising that she had been awarded degrees for her work in mental health.And Now for the Good News is genuinely uplifting. Wax doesn’t shy away from the darker more difficult topics but equally she makes you see the positivity that life has to offer. A thoroughly enjoyable read.And Now for the Good News… by Ruby Wax is available now.

Very informative & interesting read. She a funny lady Ruby but also a wise old bat👍😄.

This book has something to say about the future but it also has a lot to say about the author. Much of what is written is a churning over of old news though the good news is very informative and uplifting. Not a life changer but a fair signpost to the future.

Great book, I’m not quite half way through but it’s good info regarding what’s good thats going on out there and just generally a positive Inspiring read. There are many sections that discuss the not so good in order to make a point so be aware. I think it’s refreshing and quite enjoy Ruby’s tone. It’s not a very long read either as text us quite large so there’s not a lot of waffle or anything like that. It makes for a nice book to curl up with at the end of the day and the graphics are lovely on the cover aren’t they? Thumbs up here.
