I was very pleased with the style and fit of these Postropaky cold weather pants for my ski weekend trip. I am 5ft 4in/140 lbs and curvy and the 10-Regular fit fine. These pants had enough room in the seat and thighs and tapered at the bottom. Though quite long for my height, they were perfect length over the ski boots, and the zipper at the bottom provided adequate fitting over the boots. The hem can be tucked in easily if wearing sneakers or walking boots. These pants are water resistant, stretchy and comfortable, even with a pair of yoga pants underneath. They appear quite durable and well-made, even after its first wash and tumble dry cycle. They are more affordable than many of its competitors, and I would highly recommend them.(Pls note, this is an unpaid review)

OK so I read reviews for any purchase I make. So I bought these pants for a New Years Eve side by side ride in Garrett County MD. The high temp for the day was 39 degrees low was 33, we left at noon and got home around 6 pm during a snow storm, we do not have an enclosure on our side by side. I purchased the Fleece Lined long johns for woman, i also wore a pair of Jeans and then topped off with these pants (I provided the link below for these LJ's I would also recommend them). I was not cold all day, even through some of the highest points in WV with the wind blowing and snow covered trails. I purchased a Size 10, with a regular inseam (32) and had plenty of room and the length was actually good. I feel a tall would have been too long, they fit over my boots very well and did not feel bulky. I'm 5 ft 8 and (with longer legs, I normally purchase a tall in jeans). Weight 152 lbs.I purchased a pair of bibs also, in a size lg with a regular (31) inseam and they were extremely short, I will be returning those. I just wasn't sure what would work best so I ordered both items.I would highly recommend these pants, I feel I would have been good even it was a colder day. If for any reason we are dumb enough to go on a colder day or if I'm out with the kids on a colder day and have different results, I will update this post.Link for long johns, they are soft and cozy. Don't purchase based on color because the color in the pic is way off. The shirt is def. a dark navy blue. I really like that these pants are available in tall sizes. I am 5'8" (very long in the legs) and 140lbs, and the 6T fit me perfectly. The only thing I don't care for in regard to the fit is the elastic sections in the waist. It bunches up on my hips and isn't very flattering (the reason it loses a star). But because I love these pants otherwise, I will definitely keep them.The length is great for tall women. The pants cover my boots and stay put even as I am hiking and climbing in the mountains. The zipper on the leg makes it easy to fit the pants over my boots, and then I zip them back up for a snug fit. I don't think the legs would be wide enough to fit over ski boots unless maybe you opened the zipper all the way and left it open.I have been wearing these to hike in the mountains in South Korea in temps as low as -15C, and I have been toasty warm every time. I do wear thin leggings underneath, but that is really just a personal preference to have an underlayer of clothing.They wear well and so far, seem very durable. I have worn them several times already, and each time I had to navigate sections of the hike where we were climbing rocky areas. So far there are no snags or signs of wear on the pants. The stretch in the fabric is perfect for moving with you without binding and pinching.I have to mention one sizing issue I encountered with these. Maybe it was a fluke, but I want to mention it anyway. I ordered 3 pairs total: one in size 6T and 2 size 8T (I wanted to be able to wear extra layers underneath when necessary). One of the 8T fit as expected, and the other fit more like it was a 12T. It was huge and didn't even stay on me. I had to return that pair. In spite of that, I love these pants and will definitely order more before the end of the season.
