KeySmart AirKey - Ultra Lightweight Aluminum Keys (3 Pack, KW1) (Multicolor)

It's a bit mia leading for potential but buyers as the item is not compatible with the standard keys used in the UK. I had 2 sets of keys of my own and all key cutters told me it won't a match. However they had similar products that were compatible of the same material. The manufacturer of this product really has to release more dummy keys suitable for the standard UK market.

Haven’t used for long so I’m not authors the finish will hold up. Keys are lightweight and cool looking. Nice way to distinguish one key from another. Also cool to give someone a a spare so they know which key is for your house or whatever you’re locking up.I’d recommend for sure. Not all places will use your blanks so find a key copier that will do it for you.

These keys are great. They look great, they're durable, and they're super lightweight so they don't weigh my keychain down. The only thing you should note is that most places will not cut keys for you that aren't purchased in their store. I first went to WalMart and they wouldn't cut them for me, and Lowe's also has a policy against it. Both places also assured me that most places have the same policy. I just happened to run across someone that did it for me just because they were nice but others might not be so lucky.

When these keys came in, I put all 3 in my hand, and I almost couldn't tell they were there. It's insane how light they are. As for durability, let's just say the guy who cut the keys had a system that was a little worn and his grinding wheel took longer than usual to cut them. If that's any indicator how strong they'll be, I'm happy with them already.

Thank you for making a lead free house key. I'm getting tired of finding out that a lot of our every day products are tainted with lead. When pregnant I used to keep my regular house keys in my purse, sometimes up against apples and snack bars - regular brass keys can be 20,000 parts per million lead or more. I know lead free stainless and aluminum keys are possible, so let's keep the lead out of stuff we touch every day. Thank you.
